Project Manager / Sr. Scrum Master
Role Description
As a Sr. Scrum Master, you will be responsible for day to day progress and delivery of the project ensuring project benefits are achieved

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinates between DevOps and other teams for issues requiring significant coordination
Identifies and documents DevOps roadmap and responsibilities in coordination with product owner and development leaders
Ensures consistency and efficiency throughout DevOps operation
Provides status reports and enables open communication with SWA management and leadership teams
Responsible for day to day progress and delivery of the project ensuring project benefits are achieved
Responsible for scoping, planning, estimating, and resource management
Develop a project vision, communication plan, risk management plan, configuration management plan
Carry out all regular activities like staffing, task/activity creations, work allocation, timesheet approvals, etc.
Closely monitor and track the progress of the project and provide regular status reports to the program manager
Develop and nurture the team and ensure that the team members are able to give their fullest
Coordinate between execution team, onsite team, and project stakeholders
Resolve major issues around scope, budget, time lines, and risks; Resolve escalated issues; Mediate split decisions and drive consensus
Identify and manage project risks
DESIRED SKILL
Agile Project /Program Management is a must
Any Agile certifications is a plus
Deep understanding and experience of Continuous Delivery processes and DevOps methodologies
Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent
Experience managing DevOps at a program level is desirable
Version Control - ClearCase, SVN , GIT and stash
CI Tool needed, - Build Forge and Jenkins desirable
Code Quality Tools - SonarQube
Artifactory – Nexus or other repository experience
Confluence or similar
JIRA / Version One/ other Scrum / Kanban boards
