Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Managers are responsible for assisting Workstream Leads and Workstream Owners with Integration program management tasks. They provide assistance with all workstream related activities and have accountability for the delivery of a workstream deliverables in accordance with requirements set by the Program Director, Office of Integration Management as well as the Workstream Leads and Workstream Owners.


Provide Project Management for large/medium projects and or programs and maintain project plans
Provide expertise:
o Siebel to Salesforce Migration Management
o Mapping Siebel to Salesforce including tables, columns and relationship diagrams
o Timeline management
o Issue Resolution and escalation
o Communications & status reporting
o Risk Management
o Stakeholder Management
o Resource Management
o Deliverable Management
o Scope Management
o Change Management
Interface with business owners to understand their needs and secure appropriate project buy-in/sign-off
Ensure business, functional, and/or technical solutions are accepted by sponsors prior to execution
Ensure that projects are phased into the appropriate development cycle
Ensure project team follows established guidelines set forth by the Program Director and Office of Integration Management
Coordinate efforts to fix issues and get back on target
Identify and document lessons learned
Track progress and participate as necessary in testing
Innovation: generate new ideas and/or new ways to implement the ideas
Facilitate decision on final go/no-go decision
Ensure alignment of the deliverables and tasks to the entire program and ensure consistency and coordinated delivery of tasks.

Required Skills:
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
Strong PowerPoint experience and ability to translate complex processes into a dynamic PowerPoint
Experience with managing Risks, Action Items, Issues and Decisions
Knowledge of project management life cycle
Solid business knowledge as it relates to the brokerage industry, financial and capital markets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proven abilities in change management and leading large groups
Ability to interface with Senior Executives and to act on issues and requests in a timely manner
Strong judgement when dealing with sensitive data and understanding the audience when communicating.

# of Years Required:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant technology and/or financial services experience
Minimum of 3-5 years Project Management experience
