MPS - Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects Taking accountability for the end to end planning and delivery of projects Developing project charters and plans Coordinating disparate project teams Managing issues and risk including the development of contingency plans Establishing strong working relationship with project stakeholders such that plans and requirements are fully understood and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently Communicating project status information, issues and risks to stakeholders as appropriate Following appropriate change control and configuration management Delivering on time, on budget and to quality
Skills Required:
Previous global software delivery project management and/or team leader experience . Experience working with external delivery teams (software vendors, system integrators etc . High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate with limited supervision . Results orientated with a customer focused attitude . Strong organizational and facilitation skills . Ability to prioritize and manage a variable workload . Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of personnel . Ability to learn technical/system details where appropriate . Knowledge and experience of: . Agile methodologies . MS Project / Schedule Management . Issue and Risk Management . Scope Management . ITPM/Security and Controls . Cross functional and cross regional teams . Cloud Technology Delivery.

Education Required:
B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
