Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (Network Security)
Location: Denver, CO / Roseville, MN
Duration: 12 Months
Project Manager Security (Network) Position Summary:
The Security Project Manager will have ownership for mapping security tasks into an overall project plan and coordinating interdependencies with other projects and programs; this also includes responsibility for identifying, tracking, and resolving security program conflicts and communicating issues proactively.
The Project Manager may also provide end-to-end project management, leadership and coordination for multiple, large complex projects or a transformational project work streams with responsibility for project initiation, approval, scope, schedule, cost, resource planning, and risk management.
Lead the project team to achieve all critical financial, timing, operational, and change management metrics.
Ensure effective sourcing, management and engagement of all resources.
Requirements:
7-10 years’ experience in operations, technology, finance, or comparable function; utility experience preferred
Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management and process improvement; project management certification preferred
Experience leading multiple, highly complex security initiatives, programs and/or projects in a cross functional organization
Ability to map related tasks into a plan and communicate interdependencies with other projects and programs
Ability to track and coordinate resources and tasks across multiple organizations and/or projects
Understanding of cyber security disciplines such as vulnerability management, information risk management, identity and access management, encryption, networking architecture and security operations
