Skill Set Requirement - While the majority of their time will be working directly with customers, they will be working as a team to provide feedback and find ways to enhance the new product.

Mandatory skills :

Strong experience working directly with customers and clients
Strong understanding of Office 365 and SharePoint from an IT/Admin standpoint
Excellent verbal and Written Communication skills – (experience presenting and persuading)

Job Description:

The Program Manager will be working as an individual contributor (IC He/she will be working as part of Customer validation program for one new platform.
The Program manager is expected to manage the E2E validation activities independently starting from Customer onboarding to customer signoff.

The overall responsibilities include -

Reaching out to qualified customers to pitch the program/product – this include scheduling / conducting both 1-1 and multiple-attendee conference calls
Build and own the relationship with ~20 customers

o Includes weekly touchpoint call to discuss issues, progress, and new features

Provide ongoing high-touch support to customers (IT admins) to help them onboard and deploy the new service – this includes rolling service out to customer end-users
Troubleshoot / debug IT related issues with customers (example: configuration, etc
Promptly convey feedback/issues from partners back to the Ecosystem/Engineering teams
Complete ad-hoc support requests related to program operations
