Job Description :
· At least 6 years experience of SCRUM and be able to ensure Agile/SCRUM concepts and principles are adhered to.
· At least 6 years of experience with size estimations and complexity of the work. Facilitate discussions and facilitate alternatives or different approaches.
· At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. Understand backlog tracking, Burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
· At least 6 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Demonstrate keenness to understand customer problems, analyze trends in customer queries/issues, advices corrective actions & proactively innovate on quality of services
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment, ability to make Agile work in distributed environments
· Knowledge of quality metrics, code coverage and tools for the same.
· Knowledge of best practices & tools in configuration mgmt. (like TFS etc, knowledge about Continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Ability to create/maintain user stories including non-functional user stories
· Experience to Financial domain
· Analytical skills
