What You''ll Do The IT Security team is seeking a Security Software Project Manager/Scrum Master for our Identity & Access and Data Protection & Privacy programs.
You will run the Sprint Planning, drive program metrics against KPIs, and run multiple scrum teams spread across geographies to build security software solutions in a global agile software development team.
You are passionate about IT Security domain and will help develop our customer identity & access platform to a cloud-native enterprise-wide IAM solution that creates the foundation for identity and access for our external and internal human and non-human identities. Responsibilities Include
You will manage sprint planning and work break down deliverables for the Customer Identity Access Management (IAM) solution and Data Protection and Privacy capabilities.
You will lead Program Increments for Security Program objectives with a globally dispersed set of Scrum teams to deliver a cloud native, high available, secure solutions
You will partner closely with InfoSec, compliance, and other service owners responsible for establishing governance, policies, and requirements and bake them into Sprint Planning sessions.
You will work closely with product owners and adoption and Ops teams to be the bridge to bring in requirements into specific spring cycles and to feed into a rapid release process.
You will work with Dev Ops team t both front-end and backend interfaces
You will contribute to solution scoping and effort sizing with cross-functional teams
You will foster a team culture of high efficiency, proactive communications, risk management
