Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 6 years of experience as Scrum Master
Knowledge and understanding of agile principles.
At least 2 years of experience in working on Agile development projects.
Experience in Retail/CPG domain would be a plus
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed Job Description:
Facilitate and coach the agile ceremonies daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demosshowcases, and retrospectives. Responsible to drive team planning, partnering with the right resources to get the work done and helping their team continually make forward progress and to meet their commitments. Maintains the Scrum teams information and dashboards, such as team page, capacity plan, scrum board, sprint backlog, velocity charts, quality metrics and burn down charts. Protects
