Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in software industry and as a technology executive.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Proven technology leadership experience in information services or technology industries with emphasis on AI, Machine Learning and Data Platforms using Java, Microservices, springboot, Devops
Demonstrated success in managing multiple, complex technology projects and leading teams with a high engagement and strong outcomes
Strong business acumen, leadership skills, with ability to build relationships and influence all levels within an organization
Experience and knowledge in effectively working with offshore development partners and optimizing onshore/offshore footprints
Well versed in Agile project management
Executive level oral and written communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development of technology roadmap that includes technology refresh of legacy systems, utilization of enterprise cloud platforms and latest AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies
Lead engineering planning and execution processes to deliver projects on-time and on-budget with the highest quality and performance
Build and manage offshore operations and shared services. Evaluate and make recommendations on outsourcing/sourcing model, where appropriate.
Partner with Product Management, Operations and Sales to ideate on the differentiating features, capabilities and experiences to enable CompuMark to grow market share and leadership position.
Partner with Technology Leadership Team and other businesses to develop enterprise technology capabilities and platforms
Accountable for the departmental budget, project/program schedules, key performance metrics and cross-functional coordination
