Job Description :
Profile: Project Manager
Location: Bay Area, CA
Duration: Long Term
Project Planning and Tracking
Engage with the overall project team
Secure EBST Resources
Manage projects to Enterprise Release Calendar milestones Or Develop project schedule with internal team (if different from ERC)
Negotiate with the project on schedule shift
Schedule internal artifact walkthroughs (FSD, Message Spec/Design, Schema, Test Plan, Test Case)
Secure artifact approvals (If IM loads to PMUWS)
Identify and track project issues to resolution
Manage project Change Requests from receipt through approval
Compile and Provide weekly project status to EBST Management & TOG PM
Track/Maintain stoplight status
New Application Sunrise
Forecasting
Track and manage project financials for EBST incremental projects through the lifecycle of the project
Create and provide monthly forecasts to overall PM
Ensure resources needing STAMP access are added in a timely manner
Manage funding adjustments/revisions arising from:
Post FSD resize
Change Requests
Data Requests
Manage to acceptable project variances
