· Hands on project management skills and experience (Planning, Execution, Monitoring)

· Ability to break down complex scenarios and explain it to directors and stakeholders into workable chunks and execute (SVP particularly mentioned this point twice in discussion)

· Extremely good articulation skills, clarity of thought process, communication skills (SVP particularly mentioned this point twice in discussion)

· HR experience in Talent/ Payroll/ Risk etc (Desirable)

· Good Attitude

· Bring working teams together and conduct meetings to keep track of work/ deadlines

· Reporting and dashboard

· Presentation skills

· PMP Certified (good to have not mandatory)

· No Agile experience required
