Job Description :
5-8 Years Experience
Bachelor''s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a must.
10+ years of IT experience with 5 - 8 years of Project Management experience with at least 3 Data warehouse, Big Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics projects.
Hands on experience on Agile practices, Scrum process, Kanban, and waterfall methodology.
Strong Project Management Skills.
Release Management Skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience working directly with the customer and in engaging with executive management.
Experience working in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be adaptable and nimble in their approach.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Should be a team player, highly motivated, self-driven, goal oriented individual with very good handle on executing projects on schedule and proactively resolve issues, risks.
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively with executive-level management
Proven leadership experience in IT delivery, building and sustaining high performing teams.
Provide need based coaching to team members to be agile and support agile delivery.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2000 tool set – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio.
