Minimum years of experience:-15+years
Must Have Skills

2. Testing and Quality delivery

4. If a candidate is managing Web application projects it requires 5+ years OR
If a candidate is managing Azure projects they would need to have at least 3 to 4 years of exp
5. Min 3+ years of exp in Agile development
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Certification in project management
2. Business presentation skills
