Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a contract position at Microsoft in Redmond, WA to own the development of specific solutions within the Leadership Development portfolio. In this role, the Senior Project Manager/Leader needs to understand our business requirements and be able to work with senior stakeholders within the governance models in place and be responsible for development supported by insight with these stakeholders and working with other team members.

-10+ years of talent/learning and development experience.
-Previous Microsoft experience
-Program management
-Changing communications to create effective implementation plans
-Experience in Prosci
-Senior stakeholder management

Core Role Responsibilities
Take responsibility for translating learning requirements into high quality, impactful and enduring learning experiences.
Take a learner-centered design approach, manage the activities needed to deliver the learning experiences integrated with initiatives across leadership development. Global Learning and Development and Talent Learning and Insights.
Responsible for the delivery of the programs within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget. Oversees (as mutually agreed) Microsoft resources, partners and/or customer resources and materials (equipment, supplies, stock, or consumable/perishable items) used to complete tasks in a project. Executes established (as mutually agreed to) policies and procedures for the project, e.g. quality assurance, team reference guide, communication plan
Oversees a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the project life cycle and creates a supportive environment where the project team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing these risks
Learning experiences to own to be confirmed: Managed cohorts, Leadership Summit and Leader Onboarding
