Job Description :

Six to eight years of customer facing and project management experience, preferably in enterprise solution space.
Excellent communication skills, high energy, and analytical skills.
Experience with creation of customer-facing content, such as SOW (including timeline, scope, cost, resource planning) and PPT. Writing samples will be required.
Excellent presentation skills, and experience with preparation of pre-sale materials.

Must possess strong cross-team collaboration skills; working with ambiguity, and ability to manage many projects, while keeping every task organized.
Minimum 12 month eligibility is required.

Experience with customer support industry and solutions is preferred.
Hands on Power BI creation and reporting is preferred.
A native English speaker is preferred.
