Our client, an online marketplace and hospitality service, enabling people to lease or rent short-term lodging including vacation rentals, apartment rentals, homestays, hostel beds, or hotel rooms, seeks an accomplished Project Manager.

Description:
Project manager leading cross-functional, global teams on key strategic initiatives that are top business priorities for the year. Partner with senior management to define overall scope, milestones, and metrics.
Build and support execution of a detailed project plan with tasks, resources, dependencies, and dates. Identify risks and create mitigation plans. Work with project team to ensure on-time completion of key milestones.
Track results, and update progress to key stakeholders.
Prepare presentations, email updates, and clearly communicate status updates to management and the broader Trust and Safety organization.
Build and Manage relationships with co-collaborators.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of total work experience with 3+ years focused on project/program management, specifically in Organizational Design and/or Learning & Development.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with management and leadership teams.
You have demonstrated well-honed project management ability in previous work, and you have ambition to push for large scope improvements to our teams.
PMP or other Project Management certification, education, training nice but not required.
