Job Description :
The resource will have the ability to work independently and in a team environment to understand business and technical requirements and implement solutions.
Will be expected to have interaction with business users and leads facilitated sessions with subject matter experts and ensure output is documented
Strong interpersonal, supervisory, communication, and writing skills
Develops a sound knowledge of the affected business area and anticipate future business scenarios
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure safe and sound business operations
Strong background in Finance and Capital Markets
Experience with Summit or Polypaths software is a plus
This role is sought out for complex and moderate to high risk projects that align with the skill set
Experience with Scrum/Agile.
