Required Skills:
Project Management/Functional /Technical Skills :
1. Project Management experience managing and leading an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation engagement covering modules i.e. Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent management, Taloe Recruit and Onboard, Compensation and varied integration needs
2. Should have managed Fusion HCM projects
3. Strong Oracle Fusion HCM Functional knowledge and hands-on on above Modules
4. Strong knowledge in Oracle HCM SaaS
5. Candidate should have managed project End-to-End as per the responsibilities listed below
6. PMP certification will be an advantage
Skills and Experience :
1. Education level/Qualifications: University degree in relevant field.
2. At least 9 years professional experience in IT.
3. At least 4 years professional experience managing racle HCM projects
4. Very good presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Leading the team in Requirement Gathering, Design, configuration
2. Status reporting to customer and Altimetrik Stakeholders, required deliverables Sign offs
3. Risk and Issue Management
4. Change requests management
5. Scheduling
6. Root cause analysis
7. Managing the CRP and UAT sessions and Go Live
8. Managing Post go live support
9. Keeping the configuration management the adequate documents for the HCM projects
10. Analyze software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications.
11. Conduct formal workshops with the client together requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer s needs
12. Lead the function design and integration process. Facilitate design workshops.
13. Assess business and technical impacts of solutions.
14. Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
15. Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule.
