Job Description :
Work with internal and external teams (AV, Phones, Network, WiFi, Workforce) to gather information for work requests, create project budgets, manage project to completion.
Track change requests from the various contracting firms following construction hand off to Facilities.
Establish and maintain communication with all contracting firms to coordinate and track warranty repairs
Responsible for tracking assets within facilities to ensure proper record keeping of asset repairs/replacements.
Track & Monitor the project schedule and call our risks accordingly
Receive and process invoices through Accounts Payable.
Assist in transition from Construction to Facilities to ensure all project close out paperwork
Participates in the continuous improvement of facilities processes and implementation of best practices to maximize efficiency for the Store Operations team
Experience in reading commercial contracts (master agreements/work-orders) and understanding contract scopes.
Ability to work within an ambiguous environment and manage change.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing work environment.
Ability to effectively manage varying workload requirements; can shift gears comfortably, manages competing demands, delays or unexpected events.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team as projects dictate.
Open to travel between PenFed offices
