Job Description :
The primary responsibility will be to manage various customer projects typically from the location of the customer. This will include such activities as:
Coordinating customer calls and meetings as needed
Coordinating the activities of the project team
Providing guidance to offshore resources
Identification and analysis of project issues and risks.
Assists in resolving/planning for issues/risks and monitors the timely resolution of project issues.
Assists in the development of PMO strategies and processes
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly status reporting while maintaining information in systems of record
Prepares materials, and publishes meeting minutes, action items and decisions from all meetings.
Agile mentor and supporter

Skills Required:

5 years of successfully applying project management methodologies, processes, tools, etc. and leading projects
2years of implementing Agile methodologies as a scrum master with a strong passion for Agile
Positive attitude and willingness to progress projects no matter the circumstances
Knowledge of PPM solutions
Advanced user in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
Motivated, self-directed, and performs at a higher level of PM competency and maturity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills an excellent mentor and coach
Experience with release and change management
Works well in a diverse team environment and can communicate with all levels of the company
CSM certification or PMP Certification

Experience Preferred:

Experience in working in a global team
Experience software development or application integration or B2B
Experience with Jira and Changepoint applications
Both certifications mentioned above

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree
