Job Title: Senior Associate, .Project Manager.
Location: NYC, NY - Need locals
Duration: 6 months contract

In Scope:
Assessment & Gap Analysis of third party creative files and requirements documentation
Three 3-week user story sprints where we take the requirements documentation provided and translate to user stories/scenarios
Tech Design
Development (5 3-week sprints) – BACKEND DEVELOPMENT
4 – 5 page templates
30-40 components/modules
§ QA & Bug Fixing
Sprint based QA
Integration Testing
Stabilization
§ Analytics Requirements Documentation/Implementation
§ Managing UAT & Bug Fixing
§ Cutover & Launch
§ Warranty (Post Launch Support)
o Out of Scope:
§ Content Strategy, Creation, Entry/Migration or “defect” fixing
§ Requirements Documentation (Functional Annotations + Specifications)
§ Creative Asset Production (annotated wires, designs
§ Site development (front end code is being done by third party)

Requirements:
Required Skills/Competencies + prior experience
o Build/maintain HLP, MLP, LLP (LLP defined as breakdown of individual work at the day level)
o GDD experience: The majority of the team (development in general) is in India so need to be familiar/able to effectively drive/communicate and partner with offshore PM effectively, remotely.
o Execute a project (track to plan, manage risks/issues & mitigations, and escalate as required)

§ We will be working with third parties who produced requirements documentation creative artifacts and front end code who may be reluctant to work with us as we were recently brought in to take the development work from them unexpectedly
o *Manage clients (business and tech THIS IS A BIG ONE HERE
§ Clients currently feel like they play second fiddle to the Asset Management work-stream so we need a PM that is a strong client partner
o Meeting Management
§ Can effectively own and drive meetings – internal and external including prep, facilitation, breakouts if need be, status reports, notes etc.
o Partners with internal PM/Leads re: cross track dependencies, communications, and solutions against challenges/drive mitigations
o Manage operations (family with Oracle, and can handle/manage staffing conversations, systems updates)
