This will require an experienced project manager running multiple complex work streams.
Strong Communications – internal and client Content migration Platform training & documentation (e.g., knowledge base)Technology migrationIdeally expert project managers with experience migrating complex systems (bonus points for LMS)
Someone who can handle multiple workstreams - with the ability to be strategic while also understanding some of the technical components.
Data is 1/4 of the migration - the other 3 will be content / processes / change management.
