Scope of Work

The Project Management Manager Role will be part of the Customer Care unit
within the Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management department in the
Single Family Division. Customer Care is responsible for coordinating with
and leading the various customer-facing business areas in managing and
improving the customer experience. Customer Care leads customer-specific
projects and programs, develops capabilities to broadly manage and improve
the customer experience, and works with the business areas to execute
projects to improve customer-facing business processes.

Responsibilities include:

Management and support of multi-year customer experience transformation
projects
Coordinating project activities across multiple work streams
Developing project plans and status reports to include cost, schedule,
scope performance in addition to actively managing issues and risks.
Maintain overall project schedule and follow-up progress with project
team members.
Management reporting and support for communication of program status
Building strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams supporting the
project(s)
Key project and program deliverable upkeep and management
Ensuring all projects comply with methodology, controls, and
documentation standards
Requirements and change request process management
Budget and resource management oversight
Planview resource management and identification of budget implications
and drivers

Qualifications

Typically has 7-10 years of experience in a program support environment
managing medium to large scale cross-divisional projects and programs
Bachelor''s degree or commensurate work experience
Strong Project Management skills and experience
Experience working on large complex change management projects that
involve interfacing with multiple teams, especially projects involving
changes to business applications and technology
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and the
software development lifecycle
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact
with all levels of the organization
Analytical thinking; able to amass and analyze large volumes of seemingly
disparate information with limited guidance
Flexibility; ability to adapt work plans and approaches to changing
priorities in support of team needs
Proven ability to learn new business concepts and skills quickly
Results/execution oriented with a strong customer focus

Preferred Skills

PMP certification
Masters degree in project or program management
Experience with Customer Experience best practices and managing related
projects
Experience in the financial services particularly in the mortgage industry
Other Skills
Strong project management, scheduling, collaboration skills. Fast paced
environment
