Job Description:
Coordinate desktop deployments
Collaborate with technical and support teams to improve deployment and support
Report to COTR on deployment progress ¿ Manage team of IT Deployment technicians who will perform all aspects of the customer deployment process including but not limited to imaging, desktop migration, and legacy desktop removal
Ensure processes and procedures are followed by those involved in deployment activities regarding imaging, prepping, deploying, asset retrieval, data wiping, asset returns, etc.
Work closely with SCCM team to ensure that images are accurate and complete, including all software/configured properly, and signoff from department is obtained on image
Ensure deployment inventory is properly tracked and documented in ITAM (IT Asset Management System)
Ensure team meets agreed upon SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer service standards for deployment activities
Manage deployment issues to reduce impact to customers and improve successful delivery of new computer
Ensure customer satisfaction withdeployments through follow-up and corrective actions
Ensure processes, procedures, and configurations are documented and PC Refresh staff are properly trained
Ensure deployments are compliant with timeline, security, quality, procurement, licensing and program policy requirements
Participate in testing of end point software, hardware, and deployment processes
Work with field support to analyze problems following rollout and remediate as required/implement solutions to prevent future recurrence when possible Perform other duties related to role as requested

Minimum Skills

5+ years experience managing client relationships
Minimum 3 years PC Replacement support experience
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Maximo, CA Service Desk)
Experience with Windows 10
Bachelors degree
Minimum of one (1) certification: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSE, MCSA, MCDST, HDI
Experienced managing field technician and computer refresh projects
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable where appropriate is essential
Strong technical background that will allow for an understanding of our infrastructure/environment
