Exposure to or knowledge of Life Sciences and track and trace domain
Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written)
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization.
Experience in managing large global projects and globally dispersed resources
Command over tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, advance Excel etc.

Experience in managing large, complex international projects in a multinational/multicultural environments with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in leading master data management initiatives.
Background across manufacturing supply chain and commercial operations.
Global Product Serialization experience is a plus.
