Responsibilities/Skills Required For This Role Include:
- 5+ years - Responsibility for coordination of large projects, project status and tracking, client relations, stakeholder management, and customer service. Agile project management experience a plus.
- 2+ years using agile methodology
- 2+ years as Scrum Master
- 3+ years - Experience with program coordination, program delivery, program metrics and work experience with multiple teams to ensure success of programs
- 2+ years - Ability to manage multiple large simultaneous projects in a fast, dynamic and demanding workplace.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and project management skills from on the ground to executive level
- Experience conducting training sessions on IT applications and end user training
- Experience with finance, accounting applications.
- Implementation experience of Data Governance programs and initiatives.
- Understanding of broad spectrum of Financial systems and products from a governance perspective
- Ability to interface with and influence multiple stakeholders across Business, Finance & IT
- Ability to work with a limited amount of supervision in a challenging environment.
- Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
