Job Description :
1. 12+ years of Experience in Telecom OSS Solutions
2. Strong solutioning experience with following expertise
3. Expertise and knowledge of Project Management of OSS Solutions
4. Expertise in Planning, Tracking, Reporting, Resourcing, Risk Management, People Management
5. Experience with Scrum methodology, Ticket Management (JIRA)
6. Experience in Delivering Java based solutions in Telecom OSS space
7. Familiarity in Cost Management, Customer Experience Management is a plus
8. Competence with Visualization tools, Continuous Integration is a plus
9. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
10. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Able to effectively prioritize tasks for self and team in a high-pressure environment.
12. Proven customer facing experience and managing a team of developers
13. Excellent communication skills


Preferred Skills:
1. AWS / Cloud Platform experience
2. Provisioning Systems, Service Assurance Systems
3. Experience with JAVA/SOAP/REST API/ Micro Services
4. Good knowledge of Relational DB
5. Workflow Systems
