Project Manager – Incose certified (PLM and PTC)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering organizations to manage new product development project activities and System Engineering process improvement project activities.
Develop and monitor project plans
Create and present project status reports to stakeholders
Manage projects budget – planned vs actual; identify variance and determine the cause
Resolve project related issues; analyze data, conduct/document root cause analysis, and create results reports with recommendations
Manage complex projects with minimal supervision
Develop and execute processes for bi-directional traceability for product system requirements, industry and military standards and specifications, interfaces and design
Work with cross-functional Engineering and IT organizations to resolve product management and System Engineering related issues
Facilitate change management to improve Systems Engineering process, tools and Systems Engineering skills. This includes using processes improvement skills, such as, As Is To Be, SIPOC, process analysis, developing plans, coordinating implementation efforts with training and support materials. Develop plan for the sustainment for the process, tools, training and business ownership
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in New Product Development
Experience in systems engineering and bi-directional traceability from requirements, design, testing to product bill of materials
Experience in leading complex projects (from concept to production launch)
Highly skilled in communications (written and verbal) at all levels in cross-functional organizations
Proficient in data analysis, reports creation using pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc.
