Job Description :
i. 5 + years'' experience managing enterprise wide projects spanning various departments and requirements.
ii. Knowledge of managing mid -large projects and proven track record for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives across an organization.
iii. Knowledge of Army HR, Manpower, Budget and Acquisition Administrative systems and best practices.
iv. Experience with writing, maintaining and updating documentation, training manuals and other project related documentation.
v. Excellent communication and presentation skills
vi. Resourcefulness and ability to solve complex problems.
vii. Preferred Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)/Lean Six Sigma (LSS) green belt certification.
viii. Preferred PMP certified.
