Project Manager – HRIS
Location – Houston, TX – 77079 – Local candidates strongly preferred.
Duration – 6 months +

Work experience: +10 years. Should have valid passport – some travel to Europe may be required

Must have:
o Strong HR background including significant experience over main HR processes: administration, payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, international mobility, learning, talent management…
o Solid IT or HRIS project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead project involving different technologies and international teams
o Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives, call for bids, vendors negotiation and evaluation
o Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills.
o Change Management definition, planning and delivery experience in international environments
o ERPs or HR Management Systems integration project experience
o Strong proactive and synthetics skills to anticipate raise and manage any issue.
o Demonstrated ability to manage interfaces & deal with project management on highly exposed and visible initiatives
o Fluent English speaker
o Some experience on HR or IT Service Management implementation

Nice to have:
o ITIL V3 RUN / Operations certification or seasoned experience
o AGILE implementation Project methodology and significant experience
o Knowledge and past experience with Service Now ITSM
o Technology enthusiasm
o Project Server Online Proficiency

The Project Manager (PM) leads the Group initiative to implement, design and configure HR Service Request Management tool.
The Global PM is responsible for the overall project framing and the global design of the solution. He/she will drive the definition of Company’s HR Service Requests catalogue working with Global and local teams on existing services and necessary evolutions. Coordinating with global Procurement, he/she will drive the sourcing of a certified integration Partner, scoping this implementation, supporting the negotiation and building the evaluation framework.
The PM would then drive the implementation project, working with HR & IT, building the approach, driving the timeline and coordinating all actors. He/she will support project delivery in all aspects, drive worldwide teams to monitor overall progresses and KPIs, anticipate on risks and issues associated and identify dependencies. He/she leads the service Delivery, planning the roll out and cutover and driving the Change management around it.
HR Service Management implementation being strongly connected to Oracle HCM Core HR Program he/she supports the Program Managers and Sponsors decisions about projects orientations, Business stakeholder’s communication and priorities in the framework of Client’s HR & IT strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Business requirements definition framing global catalogue and localizations
- Support to Project assessment phase working with Business Partners and Domain Managers
- Implementation partner sourcing, evaluation and support to Procurement
- Project governance definition, project committee’s definition and management
- Detailed project framing: scope, budget, deliverables, resources, risk, planning, dependencies
- Project Server Online fulfilment and maintenance throughout the complete project duration
- Project progress follow-up through proactive communication to all delivery groups
- Project reporting including management escalation on issues
- Project deviation management: mitigation action, change control approval
- Project stakeholder communication, steering committee organization
- Project Change Management definition and delivery in the framework of HRIS Corp communication
