Job Description :
Work experience: +10 years. Some travel to Europe may be required

Must have:
Strong HR background including significant experience over main HR processes: administration, payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, international mobility, learning, talent management.
Solid IT or HRIS project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead project involving different technologies and international teams
Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives, call for bids, vendors negotiation and evaluation
Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills.
Change Management definition, planning and delivery experience in international environments
ERPs or HR Management Systems integration project experience
Strong proactive and synthetics skills to anticipate raise and manage any issue.
Demonstrated ability to manage interfaces & deal with project management on highly exposed and visible initiatives
Fluent English speaker
Some experience on HR or IT Service Management implementation

Nice to have:
ITIL V3 RUN / Operations certification or seasoned experience
AGILE implementation Project methodology and significant experience
Knowledge and past experience with Service Now ITSM
Technology enthusiasm
Project Server Online Proficiency
