Requirement

Job title: Project Manager
Duration: 12+ months
Location: City of Georgetown,TX

Primary Skills: Experience working with ERP Systems (Preferably Workday and/or Oracle cloud) and the individual modules (Finance, HR, Payroll)

Job Description:

*Experience working with Governmental entities (preferably Municipal entities)
*Understanding of MS Office, SharePoint, Word, Excel
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to fit well with the City’s five (5) core values: Communication, Trust, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Work-Life balance.

Responsibilities:

*Extensive experience managing successful Information Technology Projects
*Strong business mapping skills
*Experience using Microsoft Project or appropriate tool to track and maintain projects
*The ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans (Work Breakdown Structures and schedules, including internal status reports, external status reports and detailed status reports) suitable for presentation to the ERP Consultants and ERP Steering Committee
*The ability to lead the project team, meet project objectives through effective problem-solving, and recommend appropriate solutions
*Experience in Project Control Processes and Procedures, Change Control, Risk Management (risk taking, mitigation and issue tracking), Program Planning, Work Breakdown Structures, Scheduling and Control, and Meeting Facilitation
*Experience working with another consultant (Project Manager for integration) and working collaboratively
*Experience managing data migration projects.
