Job Description :
Need a PM that has overseen an Oracle HR implementation, preferably with some workday( I know that will be tough), also if they have ever done an integration with Oracle and an MSP/VMS since they are moving to one

Seasoned Professional – at least 10 years of experience with HRIS and ERP projects
A driver with a strong sense of urgency who makes things happen and does whatever it takes to get things done
Solid communication skills with Customer focused personality
Technical background (solid understanding of SDLC or implementation methodology)
Critical thinker with excellent business and systems analysis skills
Oracle/Workday experience would be a huge plus
Professional Services/Consulting experience highly preferred
Needs to be hands on and ready to roll up their sleeves as required but can also operate at the strategy level
Track record of turning around troubled projects (prefer mid-stream)
A person who excels in a dynamic chaotic environment with little direction and can handle high stress levels
