Job Description :
Creates a project charter comprising detailed project plan and deliverables in consultation with key stakeholders and that aligns with key objectives of the project
Develop, maintain, track, and manage high-quality, integrated project plans to enable accurate reporting and decision making
Responsible for successful completion of the project within the scheduled time and with the available resources
Involve in Daily stand up meetings and provide the guidance and help in resolving issues
Identifies project risks and the corresponding mitigation plans and discuss them during the weekly status meetings
Conduct weekly status meetings and updates project status to customer project/program managers
Responsible for quality deliverables from the individual resources and ensures that these deliverables go through the cycle of on-time completion, review, and update
Working knowledge in project management procedures including scope, budget and schedule management
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects
Capable of managing the scope keeping the risk levels under control across projects.
implement engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures ensuring successful execution of the client projects
Interact and build relationships with cross-functional technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convince the need for change
Collaborate with overall team to define an iterative plan that provides key value–add deliverables throughout the project
Qualifications:
Possesses thorough knowledge in all the phases of software development life cycle including Agile Development approach
Excellent working knowledge of MS Plan, Visio, and Excel
Demonstrable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Apply project management expertise, methodologies and department standards to effectively deliver enterprise-wide Commercial IT focused projects; strong focus on execution
Leverage well developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with business customers and key stakeholders
PMP / SAFe Agile certification preferred
