Need Local OR regional & F2F
Project Manager that has worked on development projects but NOT a Developer.
Required:
Min 5 years’ experience
Strong issue and PM skills, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting
Capable of working independently or as part of a large team
Experience working in a PMO environment
Project portfolio management experience
Undestanding of SDLC methodology
Demonstrate the ability to conduct detailed planning, perform risk assessments
Ability to relate IT program priorities to the business
Knowledge of program language
Experience with developing in JAVA and JSP
Experience with deploying to WebLogic environment
Knowledge in the use and execution of ANT scripts
Ability to create technical documentation and deployment instructions
Experience in creating use and test cases
Ability to work with other groups to resolve issues
Excellent written and oral skills
Desirable
Familiar with standardized PM methodologies
Experience in working with the healthcare industry
Experience working with State agencies
Process redesign experience
Experienced with Conduents MAVEN platform
Knowledge of Americans with Disability act standards
Experience with the CWM virtual gateway PMO process
