Job description:
Provide one Disaster Recovery Coordination/Project Manager to oversee and manage Services for non-Boulder DR tests
*Provide one Disaster Recovery Coordination/Project Manager to oversee and manage Services for non-Boulder DR tests
* Provide leadership and guidance for DR services.
* Perform as the lead DR Coordinator for non-Boulder DR tests.
* Serve as the point of contact to customer.
* Partner with the customer and Vendor counterparts to organize and assign tasks in alignment with the agreed to contract.
* Delivery of required test deliverables.
* Create and document the activities, requirements and risk related to each exercise.
* Oversee the validity and completeness of the customer''s DR documentation.
* Provide support for DR tests and events as required.
* Create repeatable processes to facilitate testing of non-Boulder functions to include but not limited to Mainframe, HSC, BPODirect, FED/SAFE, and DTCC testing, and coordinate the creation and maintenance of a Playbook for recovery & testing of each
* Work as a team member with the DRCS Team to assure all tasks, documentation and assets are managed to meet the objectives of the overall DR program.
* Provide one Disaster Recovery Coordination Project Manager to oversee and manage Services for post recovery services (application and data validation as well as command and control for business testing):
* Provide leadership and guidance for post-recovery services.
* Perform as the lead Coordinator for DR post recovery services.
* Serve as the point of contact to customer.
* Partner with the customer and Vendor counterparts to organize and assign tasks in alignment with the agreed-to contract.
* Delivery of required test deliverables.
* Create and document the activities, requirements and risk related to each exercise.
* Oversee the validity and completeness of the customer DR documentation.
* Provide support for DR tests and events as required.
* Coordinate the expansion of the current infrastructure recovery "Playbook” to include application recovery, application validation, and data validation steps to be maintained and executed by operations and application support staff
* Work as a team member with the DRCS Team to assure all tasks, documentation and assets are managed to meet the objectives of the overall DR program.
* Provide additional IBM Supplemental Staff to support:
* Recovery of customer environment in the event of a Disaster
* Disaster Recovery Tests
* Updates to DR documentation
* Production support when not participating in DR activities
* Attend two-week orientation
