Onsite Position: Project Manager/Director
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 months (05/28/2023)
Skill’s: The Project Manager/Director must have:
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of software development project management experience in state government sector modernization in which ten (10) years has been in Child Support Enforcement environment.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience, managing systems architecture and development projects;
Completed at least two (2) projects within the last ten years that involved designing business processes and procedures and developing new systems to supports the new business processes;
Experience in communication and coordination of activities with external stakeholders;
Experience with Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Certification for multiple states;
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience using Microsoft Project;
Detailed knowledge of Title IV, Part D of the Social Security Act;
Detailed knowledge of the Automated Systems for Child Support Enforcement: A Guide for States 2009; and
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
Government Procurement Experience is required
Child Support Experience is preferred
Technology experience is required
