Required Skills:

· Experience managing software security assessment projects that are framework-driven, questionnaire-based, and where controls evidence is gathered Required 7 Years

· Basic understanding of application-specific controls and common controls Required 7 Years

· Ability to handle multiple projects with sizes ranging from small to Enterprise wide Required 7 Years

· Government experience Highly desired 7 Years

· PMP Certified Highly desired

· Project Management of deployment, development, security (audit related) and migration projects Required 5 Years

· Project Management experience working with multiple vendors and multiple project teams Highly desired 5 Years

· Experience writing Statement of Work and Change Notices to contracts Highly desired 5 Years

· Experience in project scheduling utilizing a project scheduling tool such as MS Project Required 7 Years

· Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required 7 Years

· Experience in Agile Scrum Highly desired 2 Years

· Detailed understanding of how to report status of progress and findings during a security assessment project Required 7 Years

· Experience using governance, risk, and compliance software Required 7 Years

· Experience managing multiple projects at the same time at a detail level (e.g. this position is not a Program Manager/oversight role) Required 5 Years

· Experience with Lockpath Keylight software Desired 2 Years

Job Description:

Designs, plans, and coordinates work teams. Follows standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework. Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works closely with project sponsor.

Potential projects include: MSP/DMVA MiCWRAP Remediation projects; MSP I-CHAT v4.0; MSP CHR-AFIS-MQ Connection project.

The project manager will be assigned projects in the portfolio (as noted above or other projects) as prioritized by the State.

As a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), the project manager will follow the State’s SUITE methodology (and required deliverables), and utilize the State’s project management tools, to perform project planning through project execution.
