- High profile and high urgency web applications migration project as part of a large data center migration effort
- The applications are mostly highly integration with other platforms and back office systems which are migrated in a similar timeframe
- PM needs to manage a high level of dependencies, various sub-teams and coordinate with the overall program managers and project managers of other dependent migration streams.
