REQUIREMENT :


Project Manager - Dallas ,TX - 12Plus Months Contract - Prefer “ LOCAL” Candidates if Possible .

Define the scope of web projects in collaboration with senior management.
Overall management of project plan, timeline, resource needs, meeting schedules and deliverable.
Primary point of contact for Client interaction and escalation point of contact for all team members
Facilitates the daily stand up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage scope of projects from inception to closure
Ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
Customer Satisfaction – Strive to achieve a reference able result from each project. Obtain a client satisfaction rating if applicable and achieve a score at or exceeding corporate target benchmark if applicable
Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood
Quality Management – Manage the project consultants’ deliverable of configuration, development and methodology to project standards. Promote teamwork and culture of accountability.
Provide quality project deliverable including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, and deployment plans. Manage requirements and design documentation.
Establish and maintain relationships with business clients to ensure that their needs are articulated in business and technological terms.
Triage issues across multiple systems and drive technical issues to resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science from a good school, with GPA of 3.5 or above.
PMP/SCRUM Certification is preferable.
Minimum 15 years of IT experience and 10 years of project management.
Experience leading medium to large scale high performance teams that deliver highly complex functionality.
Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
Incredibly strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Self-starter.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, with deliverable of high quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, dynamic and high-energy market segment.
Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (e.g.,Waterfall, Agile/SCRUM )
Strong written and oral English communication skills.
