Qualifications:
Be self-directed and have a thorough knowledge of IT project life cycles especially agile, finance and business analysis techniques.
Possess strong organization, planning, interpersonal, and negotiating skills, with the ability to communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels with a strong command of the English language.
Experience in process development and technical writing is preferred.

Required Skills/ Experience:
Good knowledge of Planview, Rally, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Access, Cognos, MS SQL Server (or MS Access), MS PowerPoint is required.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize, and manage changes and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, financial, estimating and problem solving skills are needed, along with accuracy and attention to detail
