Job Description :
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science or a related field
Project Management Institution (PMI) certification or similar certification preferred
8+ years experience in a combination of business systems development, general business, and project management; and
Background in computer programming or support to ensure an understanding of the technical development process; the ability to discuss technical issues with both technicians and business users.
A proven track record of managing complex technical tasks or technical project within a business line and technical organization
