Job Description
PM – Technology agnostic. Need a manager to drive business team to kick off a project.
Provides overall direction and guidance to kick off a project.
Should be a good communicator and should have good people management skills to manage high profile stakeholders in Marketing team.
Experienced in project kick off by identifying the stakeholders, defining scope, schedule, and working with uncertainties.
Leadership Skills: Engage right people, resolve conflicts and make effective decisions to drive the project
Time Management: Ensure project schedule is defined and adhered to.
Analytical Skills: Ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. Analyze data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
Experience starting a project from inception phase including creating project charters, project plan, resource planning
Experience working as a scrum master
Strong communication skills; Ability to work with Executive management; Status reporting to different levels of hierarchy
