Job Description :
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Required: One - Two plus years’ experience on Agile projects with roles and responsibilities ideally operating in a Product Owner role
o Preferred: Experience with the SAFe framework in the Product Owner role
Performing:
o Defines MVP, Owns team backlog (grooming, prioritizing, refining) and implementation
o Contributes to vision and program backlog working with Product Management
o Drives Iteration Planning and Defines Sprints
o Works with the team to develop User Stories for a feature and performing Just in Time Story elaboration
o Accepting User Stories and participating in Team Demos with a focus on quality
o Answers questions for the team and participates in team Retrospectives focusing on continuous improvement
o Negotiates tradeoffs with conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer
