Project Manager-Call center
Location: Cary, NC
Travel-~10%
Duration: 6+ Months Long-Term

Project Manager would focus on the Data Center and Network side
Scope: Replacement of our service Cary phone system with new Customer contact center solution (Atos World line Solution) which would allow us to communicate with the customer through multiple channel of communication (including phone, email, chat etc Project Manager would focus on the Data Center and Network side of the project.

Demonstrated PM Skillset (also experience in Change Management and Training a Plus)
PMP – Strong Project Management Knowledge
Experience in implementing Call Center Process oriented
Data Center/Network experience in Call Center implementations is a must
