Job: Project Manager
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months Contract
Responsibilities:
Facilitates meetings, oversees development, coordinates with management to ensure appropriate resource allocations and addresses team issues.
The Project Manager is also responsible defining project milestones and timelines and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Managing through the standard project management lifecycle – business requirements, design, development, testing, implementation.
Providing input into timelines and managing to those timelines.
Validating resource needs and refining estimates.
Identify, document, communicate and manage issues, risks, decisions and assumptions as it relates to workstream.
Ensuring all stakeholders and program management are kept engaged and up to date on work steam activities.
Weekly status reports, attend program meetings as required.

Required skills:
The Mortgage Project Manager provides value-added expertise in developing new concepts, techniques, and standards. Also the Mortgage Operations Project Manager utilizes wide-ranging experience to conduct research and problem-solving on highly significant matters while monitoring daily operations and providing direction to project team members.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Mortgage Industry experience required
Understanding of mortgage payment process (Heloc Advance, ACH, Checks)
