Location :Buffalo, NY
Duration : 6 months

Job Requirement:
Serve as overall Project Manager for each loan boarding event. Responsibilities include coordinating the activities related to the boarding of loans for multiple investors. Lead and direct all meetings related to a incoming transfer to include phone calls, email communications, internal meetings, external or joint meetings, on-site in person client or prior servicer meetings. Record, track and manage all deliverables or follow-up items for all involved parties.
In addition this position would be responsible for:
Documenting and maintaining critical items throughout the boarding process.
Process Improvement and workflow design from lessons learned.
Required Skill:
Loan Boarding
New Loan Set-up
Black Knight Doc 21/ELI
Skill:
Strong to Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Visio skills.
Ability to research and gather information from various sources and compile and present in a clear and organized manner.
Ability to present publicly in a professional manner both oral and written format to all levels of employees including senior executive leadership.
Ability to lead project teams and influence others activity without direct authority.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work related experience or combination of education and work experience required.
Project Management experience a plus
Loan Transfer Experience preferred
