Job Description :
the Project Manger require specific PC, workstation, operating system, application or platform skills. Provides overall direction to the formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of a project. Exercises management responsibility over the achievement of performance, revenue, and profit objectives of a project and its contracts. Ensures that the project plan maintains tasks, schedules, estimates, and status, and disseminates information to team members and customers. Creates a structure and organization for the management of a complex environment with emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency. Directs corrective actions in any area where performance falls below objectives. Arranges for the assignment of responsibility to other supporting facilities, business areas, and support functions, and monitors their performance. Self-directed and independent
II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience successful managing assessment and gap analysis projects
4 Experience producing Assessments for workable solutions to IT system needs
4 Experience working in a state or Federal agency on public health projects
4 Experience producing documents for executive management
4 Experience obtaining and documenting requirements from stakeholders unfamiliar with Information Technology terms.
4 Experience monitoring the work of and setting priorities for Business Analysts

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
2 Knowledge of Health Registries
2 Knowledge of medical and diagnostic terms related to cancer
4 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1 Experience producing documents for legislative bodies
