Job Description :
Requirements:
Technical Project Management experience – 5+yrs.
Experience leading successful software implementation and data migrations projects – 5+yrs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with metrics; the ability to measure and report results
Strong experience working collaboratively with stakeholders from cross functional areas
Experience in facilitation and management of interdependent stakeholder groups in formal meetings and informal situations
Agile/Kanban/Scrum Experience – demonstrated history coaching teams of developers
Technical PM who understands development and system admin functions.
Ability to communicate complex technical aspects of the project to the OIT and DHHS stakeholders.
Strong ability to communicate to managers, peers, project team members, and end users.
Problem solving and Conflict Management experience.
Former State/Government experience in a Health and Human services environment
Onsite only; working remotely is not an option

Preferred:
Experience with JIRA or similar task tracking tools.
Expertise with PM tools including MS Project, MS Office with focus on excel skills, and Visio for workflow and process mapping
