Job Description:
The role of the Project Manager 3 is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to agreed-upon scope, timelines and budgets. This individual also tracks to closure critical tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule. The Project Manager 3 will work with and oversee the work of a Business Analyst. The project includes business requirement gathering, writing and coordinating the Request for Proposal process, and Implementation.
Requirements gathering, RFP writing and coordination, and Implementation of an IT Service Management package. The data from the legacy system will be migrated to the new solution as part of this project.
Ideal candidates will:
Be responsible for following up on all action items and outstanding issues with assigned owners- strong facilitative and coordination role Coordinates and manages meetings processes - facilitates meetings and partners with agency management to drive resolution to roadblocks or bottlenecks
High level Communication and Documentation skills: Manages reports and summaries including time tracking, error and defect tracking (JIRA a plus)
Manage all project documentation and artifacts, provides planning support
Experience managing technical projects
Works closely with IT and agency leadership to provide status reports and escalate issues as needed
